Scottish Dundee Cake

Dundee Cake is the quintessential Scottish cake featuring nuts and spices, traditionally designed as a rich, moist, all-butter fruitcake topped with a distinctive arrangement of blanched nuts. We've used Scottish indoor-grown calamondin oranges, sweet ginger stem and crushed Sri Lankan cinnamon with dry notes of Marcona almonds. We've then added sultanas and woody interludes of nutmeg combined with hints of rich Scottish oak and moss to create this alluring scent!
