Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

We want you to be delighted with your products but if you are not you can return them within 30 days of receipt as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns of used products.

Please contact us if you would like to return your order. You will be asked to send back your order clearly stating your full name, address and email address. Once your order has been received by us, your refund will be processed. 

If you are returning an incorrect order or a product which was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state, we will refund you the purchase price, the delivery charge and any shipping costs you incur.

When returning your order we highly recommend that you obtain proof of posting/shipping.

Proof of posting/shipping will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

PAYMENT

We currently accept all credit & debit cards and PayPal.
You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Simply follow the checkout steps and choose PayPal as your payment method.

DELIVERY

Our UK delivery charge is £4.99 per order or free for orders over £50.
All orders except custom made are dispatched within 24 hours.
Please allow up to 3 working days for your delivery.
Monday to Saturday only.

International Order shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please note that you are responsible for any Import or Duty costs levied in your country.

A signature will be required for all deliveries worldwide.
