Auld Lang Syne, perhaps Burns' most famous work, is one of the most widely sung songs of the Scottish language. The song has crossed borders and oceans and can be heard across the globe every year on Hogmanay. This scent will take you back to 1788 when Rabbie penned this masterpiece to music. Imagine him sitting with his clay pipe with the pungent smell of warm tobacco drifting through the air!
