Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail and DPD as our delivery partners. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email/text with the relevant carrier tracking info.

We pride ourselves on exceptionally fast delivery. Our warehouse team picks and carefully packs your order very quickly to maintain this. If you have received an email stating that your order has been dispatched we cannot cancel or amend your order after this time. 

Our delivery charge is £4.99 per order or complimentary for UK orders over £50. All orders are dispatched the same day or within 24 hours, except where stated, or on custom made orders.

Please allow up to 3 working days for UK delivery. Monday to Saturday only.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. If your parcel is returned to us due to not having the correct address or it has not been picked up from the Post Office/RM Sorting Office or DPD depot, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the cost of your order to you minus delivery charges or add an additional delivery charge before re shipping your order to you.

We do not use the Royal Mail or DPD Safe Place Service.

International Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note that you are responsible for any import or duty costs levied in your country. If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, non collection, or non payment of any import & duty fees, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the cost of your order to you minus delivery charges and any return costs incurred. 

Our delivery partners in the UK and internationally use a real time location GPS Tracking Delivery System ensuring that your order is delivered to the exact, precise address that you provided to us during checkout.
